Azzur was born from a simple wish — to bring together the unhurried rhythm of the Mediterranean and the wild beauty of the Albanian coast. We sit directly on the promenade in Durrës, where the waves run only steps from the table.

Our kitchen is led by what the morning brings: fish landed at dawn, vegetables from the hills behind town, herbs from our own garden. Nothing is complicated. Everything is meant to taste of the place.

Stay for breakfast and watch the bay wake up. Come back at sunset for a spritz, a long dinner, and the warm glow of candles in the sand.
